FINCA ARCOS DE LA FRONTERA
Sometimes you have to be very humble towards the surrounding nature and it is not about doing 'your thing'. Sometimes it's about 'low profile architecture' so that the environment is shown off to its best advantage. This was the feeling I had when I was commissioned to build a finca here on this magnificent huge plot with overwhelming sights.
A holiday home for a family of 5 with a limited indoor space of 150m2. That this is going to be a challenge I probably don't need to tell you but it is just those challenges that make me enjoy designing even more with hopefully happy residents as a result.
For this holiday they settled with a tent… a tent with a view you could say.
